About

How people start shapes how they succeed.

I have spent much of my working life noticing the moments where people are set up to thrive, and the moments where they are quietly set up to struggle. The difference is rarely about effort. It is almost always about clarity, design and the experience around someone in their early days.

I have been on both sides of this. I have joined roles where I was trusted with too much, too soon, without the structure to make sense of it. I have seen what happens when good people are placed into ambiguous situations and left to figure things out alone. That is what drew me into this work.
